Jose Luis Viramontes has joined Pharmaceutical Development as associate director for clinical operations in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
Viramontes, an MD, will be based in Mexico City. He joins PPD after working 14 years at Merck Sharp & Dohme Mexico in a variety of different roles.
PPD is a contraction research organization and drug development firm.
