SunGard, a global provider of financial and other software solutions, has acquired DSPA Software, which focuses on sales compensation and distribution management services.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
DSPA will become part of SunGard’s insurance businesses.
DSPA, which is based in Canada, sells FASAT, a distribution management and incentive compensation management solution for life insurance companies.
