Quaero, a provider of marketing and technology services, is expanding its management team.
Jennifer Sadoff has joined Quaero as general counsel, and David Mitchell has signed on as director of financial services for the eastern region.
Mithcell worked most recently at Level 5, a consulting and development firm.
Sadoff is a graduate of Rutgers University and received a law degree from St. Thomas University Law School in Miami.
