David Buckel, chief financial officer at network services provider Internap, has resigned from the company and will pursue other opportunities.
Buckel, who worked at Internap the past four years, will continue to work with the firm on an interim basis.
Tamara Augustyn, chief accountant for the firm, will become the company’s principal accounting officer.
Internap (Nasdaq: INAP) is based in Atlanta and has offices and network centers around the world.
