Digital Healthcare, a developer of technology for vision risk among diabetics, has added a medical director for ophthalmology.
Joining the firm’s management team is Dr. Suber Huang, who is a professor and vice chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
Huang is also a member of the executive board at the American Society of Retina Specialists and is involved in diabetic eye disease research and other medical organizations.

Digital healthcare’s lead product, Retasure, is a retinal risk-assessment tool.
