Ronald Buckly, a veteran executive with Tekelec, is rejoining the firm, but inn a board capacity.
The telecommunications gear maker said Monday it was increasing the size of its board to nine from eight. Filling the new spot is Buckly, who was Tekelec’s general counsel and secretary from 1998 until March of this year.
Buckly left Tekelec (Nasdaq: TKLC) to become general counsel for Ixia, a performance test systems for Internet protocol infrastructure and services.
