Inovis, a provider of supply chain solutions, has acquired BetweenMarkets, a privately held on-demand software developer.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
BetweenMarkets is based in Austin, Texas. Its applications are already part of solutions offered by Inovis.
Erik Huddleston, the founder and chief technology officer at BetweenMarkets, will join the Invois management team as vice president of strategic applications.
