Bob Young, founder and owner of self-publishing firm Lulu.com, will discuss technology, open source software development and technology in a presentation at UNC-CH on Tuesday.
Young, a co-founder of Linux software developer Red Hat, will speak at 3:30 p.m. at the Stone Center on the UNC campus.
Young is currently involved in a legal fight against Hulu, a new online video site that its being rolled out by NBC and News Corp. Young has filed suit in federal court alleging Hulu infringes on Lulu’s name. His initial request for a restraining order was rejected by a federal judge in Raleigh.
