James Halpin, a veteran of the retail industry, is joining ArcaTech Systems as retail solutions director.
ArchaTech provides transaction automation components for the financial, retail and self-service industries.
Halpin has worked with retail cash-handling technology since 1964. Among his solutions clients are Lowes, Home Depot and Target.
