Daniel Schikore, a senior developer at Computational Engineering International, has been promoted to vice president of engineering at the firm.
Schikore joined the company in 2000. CEI is a developer of computer assisted engineering tools, including 3-D rendering visualization software.
Schikore received a PhD in computer science from Purdue University in 1997. He also has worked for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
CEI’s lead product is known as Ensight.
