Misys Healthcare is expanding its product offerings by licensing electronic healthcare records and practice management solutions from iMedica.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The iMedica technology will be used as part of a new product offering for small-sized family physician practices. The solutions will be offered as part of a hosted application service provider set. Several Misys products also will be included.
The suite of services will be announced in November.
