RTI International is expanding its Health Solutions business unit and also opening an office in Ann Arbor, Mich.

The business group provides research and consulting services to pharmaceutical firms.

RTI recruited the team of six new employees from Pfizer following that company’s decision to make changes in its Ann Arbor operation, according to an RTI spokesperson.

The additional researchers will work in Ann Arbor. The team includes people with expertise in outcomes research, health economics, patient-reported outcomes, outcomes research and regulatory strategy.
