Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals has selected an integrated workplace management system from Raleigh-based FM:Systems for sharing of information across the company.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
“FM:Systems has allowed us to have real-time access to accurate information on workplace utilization, move projects, maintenance and assets,” said Steven Baumgardner, manager of engineering and facilities at Bayer.
FM:Systems worked with Bayer to deploy a single system for management of facility processes, including space allocations, moves and maintenance. FM:Systems also worked with AMS CAFM Solutions to enable Bayer to apply barcodes to corporate assets.
