Elster Integrated Solutions, a provider of advanced metering solutions for the utility industry, has named Ed Gray, an energy industry veteran, as its vice president for regulatory affairs.
Gray will work with clients to deploy advanced metering infrastructure technology.
Before joining EIS, Gray worked for more than 30 years in the electric utility business, including 16 years in legislative and regulatory affairs.
