Fifteen companies and organizations are finalists for the 2007 InnoVision Technology Awards.

The program, which dates to 1999, recognizes technology leaders in the South Carolina Upstate region.

The finalists, by category, are:

Technology Development: KEMET Electronics – Low ESR; KEMET Electronics – MLCCs; Robert Bosch LLC

Technology Application: Advanced Composite Materials, LLC: Automation Engineering Corporation; FastFetch Corporation

Innovation in Education: Carolina Software As A Service, Inc. and Spartanburg County School District One; Fuller Normal Advanced Technology Charter School; Furman University; Greenville County Schools

Small Enterprise: GlucoTec, Inc.; PinPoint – Public Works (O.A. Technology Group); Selah Technologies, LLC

Community Service: SAE International; Susan G. Komen for the Cure – Upstate SC Affiliate.

Winners will be announced at an awards dinner on Nov. 7.
