CDC Software, a provider of enterprise software applications and business services, has agreed to acquire Catalyst International.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Catalyst, which is based in Milwaukee, Wis., is a provider of supply chain execution solutions and services. The company generates annual revenues of some $35 million.
Catalyst products and services will augment CDC Software’s supply chain products and CDC Global Services operations, CDC said in a statement.
