The list also included four Triangle firms.
NStar Global Services, which provides staffing services for semiconductor clients, ranked 163rd.
Trio Clinical Research ranked 164th. The five-year-old firm provides clinical research firms to pharmaceutical clients.
Bandwidth.com, a provider of business communications services, ranked 201st.
Sageworks ranked 305th.
Ranking No. 3 and No. 4 on the list were Hospital Partners of America and Red Ventures respectively.
Data hosting and information services provider Peak 10 also cracked the list.
