It’s official now – Constella Group is part of SRA International.
The two companies closed Thursday on their deal in which SRA, which is based in Virginia, acquired Constella for $185 million.
Constella provides health-focused consulting services. SRA provides strategic consulting services and solutions.
SRA bought Constella to incorporate health-care services to its portfolio.
“The global health market represents a growing area of demand for professional solutions and is a key focus of our long-term strategy,” said SRA Chief Executive Officer Stan Sloane. “We’re enthusiastic about the pbgfotential of the SRA-Constella team to address complex health issues across the globe.”
The deal was announced in June.
Don Holzworth, founder and CEO of Constella, will lead the health-care business unit for SRA.
