Harris Stratex Networks, a provider of turnkey wireless solutions, lost $5.3 million, or 9 cents a share, in its fiscal fourth quarter, the company reported Tuesday.
Harris Stratex (NASDAQ: HSTX) , which was formed in January through a merger of Harris Microwave Communications Division and Stratex Networks, attributed much of the loss to $23.9 million in costs associated with the merger.
The company reported $174.1 million in revenue.
