Rick Mace, executive vice president of the Global Business Group Solutions operation at Tekelec, is leaving the firm.
The position is unlikely to be filled, the company added.
Mace will leave the firm as of Sept. 1. He had worked for Tekelec since October of 2004 when the company acquired Steleus. He was chief executive officer and chairman of the board at Steleus.
