Ultimus, a provider of business process management software and solutions, has moved into its new 16,500 square foot headquarters.
The offices are near the firm’s old location on Weston Parkway.
Some 50 of the firm’s 300 employees are based in Cary.
The company also has a new chief executive officer, having hired Richard Davis last month. Davis replaced founder Rashid Khan.
Ultimus announced plans to build a new headquarters in June of last year.
