Summit IT Services, a provider of information technology staffing and consulting services, has been sold.
TunaFish Enterprises acquired Summit as of July 1, according to Summit President Lee Solomon. Both companies are based in Raleigh.
Summit will continue to operate under its previous name. The company was founded in 1986.
