Constella Group, a provider of contract research and other health-related services, is expanding its efforts in India and other countries.
Constella is partnering with TCG Lifesciences, which is based in India, to identify and promote opportunities in that country. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Constella plans to expand its clinical trials services in India.
Last month, Constella agreed to be acquired by SRA International in a deal worth $185 million.
