Norma Gavin, a senior research economist at RTI International, has been named a senior fellow at RTI.
Gavin has worked at RTI since 1995 and has more than 30 years of experience in policy analysis and health services research. She has authored or co-authored some 100 publications, 33 of which were accepted by peer-reviewed journals.
Since 2004, Gavin has been an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Maternal and Child Health at the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned a doctorate degree in economics at Duke.
