GrowthFinance LLC, a provider of contract chief financial officer and controller services, has acquired CFO Services.
CFO Services is based in the Triangle.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

GrowthFinance has a team of 11 full-time personnel based in Charlotte. It works with some 25 companies.
CFO Services offers financial management consulting and services.
“We’re excited about joining the GrowthFinance platform, which will allow us to accelerate the scaling of our practice in the Triangle,” said CFO Services President, Gary Hayes.
Hayes will join GrowthFinance as managing director. He has worked for Triangle companies Koz.com and Ateb Inc.
