North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company has signed on with TotalCare IT Solutions for information technology services and support.
TotalCare is part of Alphanumeric Systems in Raleigh.
NC Mutual will receive help desk, remote monitoring, remote remediation and IT consultation services.
