Dell, the world’s second largest PC manufacturer, has received another in a series of delisting notices from the NASDAQ for failure to file forms related to earnings reports.

Dell earlier received notices for failure to file Securities and Exchange Commission forms for three fiscal quarters and an annual report for its fiscal year ending Feb. 2 of this year.

In May, Dell filed a request for an extension of its conditional listing. Its audit committee is investigating Dell’s finances. The NASDAQ decision on the extension is still pending, Dell said.

Dell operates its largest manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, N.C.
