Roni Giladi, director of finance at Emblaze/Formula Group, is taking over as chief financial officer at Sapiens International.
Giladi will assume his new post on June 30. Emblaze/Formula Group is the parent of Sapiens, a software firm focused on the insurance industry.
Ori Brin, the current CFO at Sapiens, will continue to act as an adviser to the firm, Sapiens said.
Sapiens recently closed on $20 million in new financing through private placement.
