TMT Software, a 26-year-old software company focused on the transportation industry, has been acquired by TMW Systems.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
TMW is based in Cleveland and touts itself as the largest provider of enterprise management software for transportation companies.
TMT focuses on fleet maintenance. The company has more than 500 customers.
The combined company will have more than 325 employees.

Rick Rosenberg, president of TMT, will serve as general manager of TMW Fleet Maintenance Software.
