Customer Effective, a provider of customer relationship management solutions and a Microsoft Gold partner, has worked with outside advertising firm Formetco to install a CRM solution.

Formetco, which has been in business for nearly four decades, recently added product lines and also needed to respond to customer demand, thus necessitating the new CRM solution.

Customer Effective, which is based in Greenville, utilized the Microsoft Dynamics solution while integrating it with Great Plains accounting software from Microsoft. Customer Effective also provided training.

“We now have a total sales system where nothing slips through the cracks,” said Jock Gibb, vice president of sales of Formetco. “Customer Effective tailored the system to our specific needs and met our aggressive implementation goals. All follow-up calls and scheduled activity are fully captured in CRM. Overall, we now have better customer service, which is huge for us.”
