Thomas Waechter, chief operating officer at Harris Stratex Networks, is stepping down.
The company said Friday that Waechter would leave the post on June 7.
Harris Stratex Networks (NASDAQ: HSTX) provides turnkey wireless networks solutions.
Waechter had been chief executive officer of Stratex Networks, which merged with the microwave communications division of Harris Corporation in January.
