CDC Software, a provider of enterprise software solutions and services, plans to acquire California-based Saratoga Systems.

Saratoga, which is privately held, offers customer relationship management solutions for global enterprise customers.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Saratoga generates some $25 million in annual revenues. Its customers include Allstate, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Konica Minolta and BASF.

CDC (NASDAQ: CHINA) said the acquisition should be “immediately accretive.”

“Our acquisition of Saratoga will represent another logical step in our strategy as vertical industry specialists,” said Eric Musser, president of CDC Software. “Unlike the slash-and-burn approach of typical consolidators, we believe we are creating real value by expanding the breadth of our industry applications through investments in organic innovation, as well as targeted acquisitions such as this one.”

The deal is one of several acquisitions CDC has made in recent months.
