RALEIGH, N.C. – Gabriela Gonzalez, controller and principal accounting officer for Red Hat, has resigned.
The Linux software company said in a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission this week that her departure was not due to a disagreement with the firm.
Charlie Peters, Red Hat’s chief financial officer, will assume her duties.
