Harris Stratex Networks Names V.P. for Engineering

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – Harris Srtatex Networks, a provider of turnkey wireless network solutions, has hired networking veteran Ed Hutton as its vice president of engineering.

Hutton, who will be based in RTP, will oversee the engineering organization of the company and also help implement product strategies for the firm’s international customer base.

Hutton, who has more than 25 years of experience in network management, most recently worked at the CLARiiON Division of EMC Corporation. He also has worked for Billions of Operations Per Second and Ericsson. He will report directly to Harris Stratex Networks Chief Executive Officer Guy Campbell.
