WASHINGTON, D.C. – Researchers at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia Tech Research Corp recently received more than $950,000 in grants from the NASA Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate.

Georgia Tech received a $283,000 grant for work in aerodynamics for subsonic and transonic air vehicles.

The Georgia Teach research grants were for combustion models ($100,000), emissions combustors ($256,000), rotorcraft blades ($210,274) and vibration and noise ($100,199).
