Peopleclick, a provider of job recruiting and acquisition solutions for employers, has promoted two members of its management team and added another.
Tom Bright, the chief technology officer, is now the chief operating officer.
Mike DeFrancesco, vice president of finance, is now chief financial officer.
Geoffrey Jesberg is the new senior vice president of the affirmative active division. His most recent position before joining Peopleclick was as executive vice president for global business development at Trintech Group.
“These new appointments further strengthen Peopleclick’s market focus in recruitment management, vendor management and affirmative action,” said Ron Kupferman, Peopleclick’s chief executive officer.
