Jan Wagner, an executive with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, is the new president of the Oracle Applications Users Group, or OAUG, which is based in Atlanta.
Wagner oversees management the oracle E-Business Suite at the NATO Allied Maritime Component Command Headquarters near London. His title is branch chief of operations and internal review.
