CDC Corp., a provider of enterprise software, mobile applications and online games, has named Kim Liou as its general counsel.
Liou was promoted from his position as senior legal counsel, a post he had held since 2003. Before joining CDC, Liou worked at Metlife and also the Davis Polk & Wardwell law firm.
