RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Technology Association and TotalCare IT Solutions are conducting a joint survey of North Carolina organizations to gather data about information technology solutions that are being picked to achieve strategic business goals.
TotalCare IT Solutions is part of Alphanumeric, a regional systems integrator and services provider based in Raleigh.
The online questionnaire seeks responses to biggest IT concerns, decisions about outsourcing, and projected spending for 2007.
“There is a great deal of national data accumulated by major research organizations and analysts, but until now there has never been an attempt to collect data on IT issues and outsourcing on a local level,” said Tim Finnegan, TotalCare’s program director. “This survey will allow participants for the first time to see how they stack up against other local, like-minded companies in terms of the decisions they are making on IT.”
The survey is limited to organizations headquartered in North Carolina.
