CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — John Plachetka, chairman and chief executive officer of Pozen Pharmaceuticals, is in New York City on Monday in part to ring out trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
Plachetka will ring the closing bell at 4 p.m.
The bell ceremony is part of a plan by Pozen (Nasdaq: POZN) to observe the 10th anniversary of the pharmaceutical firm’s founding. Pozen also went public on the Nasdaq four years ago.
