Verso Technologies, a provider of network solutions, has hired a CipherTrust executive as its new chief financial officer.
Martin Kidder will join Verso as of Nov. 1. He has 14 years of experience with telecommunications firms. He has worked previously for Glenayre Technologies and GE Energy’s Network Reliability and Rentals operations. He was controller at World Access, a provider of Internet, voice and data products, from 1992-2001.
CipherTrust recently was acquired by Secure Computing.
