ATLANTA, GA. — Intent MediaWorks, a startup focused on distribution of digital media and related services, has landed another $1.2 million in financing, according to Private Equity Wire.

Leading the financing are Menemsha Capital Partners and IMW Partners, PE Wire reported based on a regulatory filing.

Intent raised $3 million in funding in March. Investors included Eckford Group and angel investors. The angels had invested in the firm earlier.

Intent offers digital packaging, distribution and promotional services to media customers for distribution over peer-to-peer networks, web-based download sites, email, social networks, over Internet Protocol-based TV, as well as through blogs, RSS feeds and instant messaging.
