RALEIGH, N.C. — As more businesses embrace even faster networks, CipherOptics is introducing a new solution for data encryption that is designed to operate at higher speeds.
CipherOptics’ latest product, SG10-G B, is designed as an encryption solution for enterprise network protection of data transmitted over 10-gigabit speed networks. The product offers encryption based on securing Internet Protocol, or IPsec, standards. The faster networks are replace 1-gigabit networks.
CipherOptics’ solution is also intended to deal with networks that blend voice, storage and corporate email. Additionally it enables customers to assign traffic levels of priority.
