ATLANTA, GA. — VistaScape Security Systems, a provider of automated video analysis technology for use in security systems around airports, ports and other facilities, is being acquired by Siemens Building Technologies.

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

VistaScape will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Siemens Building Technologies is based in Buffalo Grove, IL.
