RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — A delegation from the Indian state of Gujarat will discuss health science business opportunities in that region with Triangle area leaders on Sept. 15.

The session, to be hosted at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center, is being put on by The Indus Entrepreneurs of the Carolinas, the Biotech Center, Ernst & Young India and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and India.

Gujarat drives 14 percent of India’s exports and 6.4 percent of the country’s gross domestic product although it holds only 5 percent of India’s populations and covers 6 percent of its landmass.

The delegation will include government and business leaders.
