GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Piedmont Triad Partnership is looking to hire eight people as part of a federally funded workforce development project.

The Workforce Innovations for Regional Economic Development, or WIRED, is an initiative to create what the program calls a “total systems” development strategy. It is focused on supporting high-wage, high-tech skill development.

Positions to be filled include: vice president for workforce development; vice president for innovation and outreach; directors for four industry clusters; two for administrative support.
