RALEIGH, N.C. — Red Hat is pushing back the beta release of its Enterprise Linux 5 product, sources tell Computer Reseller News.

The publication reported Monday night that Red Hat still plans to release the new product sometime before the end of the year.

CRN said Red Hat encountered problems with use of Xen, a virtualization application being incorporated into the new release.
