RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — Mi-Co, a developer of data capture applications for mobile devices, is moving into the agriculture information systems market through a partnership with AgTerra Technologies.

AgTerra, which is based in Wyoming, develops IT systems for agriculture customers.

“The company has developed exciting digital pen and paper and mobile computing applications that help our agricultural clients reduce redundant data entry and work more efficiently in the field,” said Alan Telck, AgTerra’s president.

AgTerra works with customers in the U.S. and Canadian sugar industries, vegetable seed companies, state livestock boards and ranches.
