MORRISVILLE, N.C. — TriE Medical, a medical device company, has developed a new testing system for metered dose inhalers.
The shake/fire system is designed to not only test inhalers but also to be used as a research tool, as a formulation device, and to help collect submission data for regulatory purposes.
The system is also intended to help pharmaceutical companies improve the quality of drug delivery through the inhalers, TriE Medical said in a statement.
