CARY, N.C. — Charles Dougherty, a former partner with KPMG and a managing principal with IBM Global Services, is expanding his duties at Ultimus, now acting as its chief solutions officer.
Dougherty previously was leader of North America Professional Services for Ultimus, a provider of business process solution software and services.
Dougherty will lead Ultimus’ Professional Services & Solutions Team. The group will focus on customer care, compliance and productivity.
